Alterwares™ Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Alberta and Canadian statutory holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2) Shipping Times

Canada & USA: 7–18 business days

Europe: 8–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Note: These are average timeframes. Delays can occur due to customs, remote areas, peak seasons, or unforeseen carrier issues.
3) Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Any customs fees, VAT, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
4) Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships (typically 2–5 business days after placing your order).

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the carrier’s system.
5) Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking shows no updates for 15+ business days, contact support@alterwares.com and we will investigate.

Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please check with your carrier or neighbors. We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation, but we will assist where possible.

Confirmed lost due to carrier error: We will reship or refund at no extra cost.
6) Wrong Addresses or Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels may be reshipped at your expense.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
7) Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
8) Customs and Duties

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are unable to control or predict these costs.
