Alterwares™ Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Alberta and Canadian statutory holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2) Shipping Times

  • Canada & USA: 7–18 business days

  • Europe: 8–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Note: These are average timeframes. Delays can occur due to customs, remote areas, peak seasons, or unforeseen carrier issues.

3) Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Any customs fees, VAT, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

4) Tracking Information

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships (typically 2–5 business days after placing your order).

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the carrier’s system.

5) Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows no updates for 15+ business days, contact support@alterwares.com and we will investigate.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please check with your carrier or neighbors. We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation, but we will assist where possible.

  • Confirmed lost due to carrier error: We will reship or refund at no extra cost.

6) Wrong Addresses or Undeliverable Packages

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels may be reshipped at your expense.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

7) Multiple Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery.

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

8) Customs and Duties

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are unable to control or predict these costs.
